/n/ + vowels:

(na)/na/"na" audio English "n" + Japanese "a".
(ni)/ni/"nyi" audio Spanish "ñ" in señorita + Japanese "i".
(The combination "ny" is used for Spanish "ñ", because it sounds like English "ny")
Since the Japanese don't distinguish "nyi" from "ni", you can pronounce /ni/ as not "nyi" but "ni".
The Romanization is "ni".
(nu)/nu/"nu" audio English "n" + Japanese "u".
(ne)/ne/"ne" audio English "n" + Japanese "e".
(no)/no/"no" audio English "n" + Japanese "o".
